Proofreading - Term and Conditions
- By default all returned work will be in .RTF format. This format is readable by all popular text editors (WordPad, MS Word) and can be easily imported into other formats by the client.
- If requiring a specific format other than .RTF the client must inform EnglishMania beforehand.
- Due to the wide range of possible formats provided it may not always be possible to exactly match the original document structure. If so, EnglishMania will advise you of this before proceeding.
- Payment must be made in full before work commences.
- If a client is unhappy with the work provided, EnglishMania will attempt to resolve the issue for no further charge.
- EnglishMania reserves the right to reject any customer complaint deemed as invalid.
- EnglishMania reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any work which it does not feel is appropriate for any reason.
- EnglishMania cannot be held responsible for any miscommunication or misunderstanding arising from the work provided.
- You warrant that the information provided is legally yours to use and distribute to EnglishMania for editing purposes.
